Uddhav loyalist quits party, to join Shinde

Rajan Salvi, former MLA from Ratnagiri, has resigned as deputy leader of Shiv Sena (UBT) and is set to join the Sena led by Eknath Shinde. Salvi cited his inability to do justice to his role and taking moral responsibility for his electoral defeat in his resignation letter to Uddhav Thackeray.
