Ex-HoD of medical college moves Bombay HC in Dr Payal Tadvi suicide case

Dr Ching Ling Yi, former head of gynaecology at Nair Hospital, has challenged her inclusion as an accused in the Dr Payal Tadvi suicide case, arguing lack of evidence. Dr Tadvi, a scheduled tribe member, committed suicide in 2019 after alleging caste-based harassment. The HC will hear Dr Yi's petition next week.
