Husband jailed for not paying maintenance dues in Maharashtra

A Chakan fruit trader has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for not paying maintenance arrears of Rs 1.62 lakh to his wife and daughter. Despite repeated opportunities and warrants, he failed to comply with the court order under Section 125 (3) of the CrPC.
