Over 100 people fall sick after consuming adulterated buckwheat flour in Dehradun; condition stable

Over 100 individuals in Dehradun suffered food poisoning after consuming contaminated buckwheat flour during Navratri. Health Secretary R Rajesh Kumar confirmed that most patients are recovering and will be discharged soon. The source of the adulterated flour was tracked to suppliers in Uttar Pradesh and Dehradun. Authorities are continuing their investigation.
