Calcutta HC reverses RPF constable’s sacking over ‘Sainik Vidroh’ Facebook post

The Calcutta High Court overturned the dismissal of an RPF constable who allegedly praised a constable for killing his superior during the 2018 Meghalaya election. The court cited a lack of fair hearing and instructed the RPF to conduct proper disciplinary hearings within eight weeks, as the constable denied making the comment.
