Wednesday, 30 April 2025 () The Supreme Court overturned a Kerala High Court order granting a father interim custody of his eight-year-old daughter, citing concerns about the child's well-being. The father, working in Singapore, couldn't provide home-cooked meals or companionship, unlike the mother who works from home and has family support.
