Punjab calls BBMB ‘mere puppet’ of BJP-Led centre, refuses to share water with Haryana

Punjab assembly convened a special session. It unanimously passed a resolution. The resolution stated that Punjab will not share its water with Haryana. The assembly also sought reorganisation of Bhakra Beas Management Board. They demanded scrapping of Dam Safety Act 2021. A call for a new river water-sharing pact was also made.
