Altered postal ballots in 1989 poll: CPM veteran

Election Commission officials have recorded a statement from G Sudhakaran, a senior CPM functionary and former Kerala minister, following allegations that he claimed postal ballots were tampered with during the 1989 Alappuzha Lok Sabha polls. He is heard saying that postal ballots were examined at the party’s district committee office.
