Bengaluru man fined Rs 24,000 for keeping shoe rack in apartment corridor

The resident of Prestige Sunrise Park, Norwood has been fined Rs 24,000, over the last eight months, for keeping the shoe rack in his apartment corridor.Apartment association now plans to raise the daily fine from Rs 100 to Rs 200.
