Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist awarded 10 years’ jail for role in 2002 terror plot
Tuesday, 27 May 2025 () A Moradabad court convicted Ulfat Hussain, a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist. He received a 10-year prison sentence. The conviction relates to a 2002 terror plot involving explosives and weapons. Hussain was arrested in Jammu and Kashmir. He had been absconding since 2008 after getting bail. Police recovered AK-47s, pistols, grenades, explosives, and ammunition based on information.
