India’s first AI-enabled light tank Zorawar to roll out from Gujarat soon
Tuesday, 27 May 2025 () India is set to introduce Zorawar, its first AI-enabled light tank, manufactured by Larsen & Toubro in Gujarat. Developed with DRDO, this all-terrain tank, costing approximately Rs 70 crore per unit, is designed for deployment across diverse terrains, including high-altitude regions along the Indo-China border. Equipped with an AI fire control system and anti-drone defense, Zorawar enhances India's defense capabilities.
