'Covid positive before trip': Consumer forum orders tour operator to refund Rs 1.9 lakh to Ghaziabad man; slaps Rs 5,000 fine

The consumer forum in Ghaziabad ruled in favor of Ishan Pratap Singh, who sought a refund for a tour advance after contracting Covid-19 in 2021. The travel agency, Ineedtrip, failed to reschedule the trip or return the advance, leading the forum to order a full refund of Rs 1.
