Just before boarding the Ahmedabad-London flight AI-171, Dr. Hitesh Shah, a renowned Surat surgeon, consulted with a colleague about a patient's treatment. He was traveling to London with his wife to celebrate his sister's birthday. Tragically, Akil Nanabawa, his wife Hana, and their young daughter Sara were also on board, returning to London after celebrating Eid in Surat.
