A 36-year-old man from Badlapur, Saiyyam Devmani Pandey, was arrested for allegedly defrauding a 46-year-old Mumbai resident of Rs 1.07 crore. Posing as various officials, Pandey lured the victim into believing he was buying a flat in Dadar through online communications over six years.
