Bad air: Proof of lip service? Just 31% of green funds used in last decade in Delhi-NCR

Right to Information queries revealed the underutilisation. Environmental Pollution Charge spending was at 31%. Environmental Cess spending was even lower, at just 1%. Activists are criticising the board's negligence. Projects are approved, but implementation is lacking.
