Two bodies were recovered near Dharamshala, with 15-20 labourers missing from a hydroelectric project. Kullu district was severely affected, with homes and infrastructure damaged, and several people washed away as extreme weather batters the region.
A deadly monsoon wave has claimed at least 69 lives in Himachal Pradesh in just two weeks, as torrential rains wreak havoc across North and Central India. Over 240 roads have been completely blocked..
