4 Karnataka cops suspended for stampede reinstated

The Karnataka government has reinstated four police officers, including the former Bengaluru City police commissioner, who were suspended following the deadly stampede outside M Chinnaswamy Stadium in June. Disciplinary proceedings are still pending against the reinstated officers, and further action will depend on the outcome of these proceedings. However, the additional commissioner of police (west) remains suspended as his case is pending in high court.
