Mumbai: Asked for ticket woman creates chaos at Kurla station, apologises later

According to railway officials, when the on-duty Ticket Checking (TC) staff asked the woman to show her ticket, she attempted to run away. When stopped, she allegedly began shouting and used abusive language towards the staff
