Festival discount: Railways to start round trip offer

To ease Diwali-Chhath rush, Indian Railways introduces a pilot 'round trip package' offering a 20% discount on base fares, excluding 'flexi fare' trains like Rajdhani and Vande Bharat. Booking starts August 14 for travel between October 13-26, with return journeys bookable for November 17-December 1.
