Bangladesh has reported its highest single-day dengue toll this year with five deaths, raising the nationwide total to 110, according to DGHS data. Over 311 new infections were recorded in the past 24 hours, pushing the case count to 27,782 in 2025. Health experts warn that the outbreak, worsened by the monsoon season, may not have reached its peak yet.
