Moderate amounts of alcohol increase heart disease risk in women

A study by Kaiser Permanente Northern California reveals an increased risk of heart disease in young to middle-aged women who consume over one alcoholic beverage daily. The research links excessive alcohol consumption to heart issues, emphasizing moderation for heart health. A total of 432,265 participants between 18 to 65 age were studied.
