Leonard A. Lauder, the visionary behind the Estée Lauder Companies, has passed away at 92. He transformed the beauty industry, expanding Estée Lauder into a global powerhouse with around 30 brands sold in 150 countries. Beyond business, Lauder was a dedicated philanthropist, co-founding the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation and supporting breast cancer research.
