Eating cherries could slow memory loss and Alzheimer’s risk, offering an easy step for sharper memory

New research indicates that cherry pulp powder, made from discarded cherries, contains antioxidants that may protect against Alzheimer's-related toxicity in lab models. The study found the powder more effective than juice, suggesting the importance of the whole fruit. While these preclinical findings are promising, human trials are needed to confirm if cherry pulp powder can prevent dementia.
