The seventh seeded Italian won 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 in a match that lasted close to two hours. Napolitano started on a sluggish note as all the exhaustion from beating second seeded Indian Sumit Nagal in the semi-final on Saturday seemed to have caught up with him
