The UK government is planning to designate the Russian mercenary group, Wagner, as a terrorist organization. This would allow the seizure of its assets and make it illegal to be a member or support the group. Home Secretary Suella Braverman described Wagner as a "violent and destructive" tool of Vladimir Putin's Russia.
