Azerbaijan's president says France will be to blame if new conflict starts with Armenia

Azerbaijan's President, Ilham Aliyev, criticized the European Union and specifically France for providing military aid to Armenia, stating that it could lead to a new conflict in the South Caucasus. Aliyev's comments came after he declined to attend a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, brokered by the EU.
