95-yr-old Israeli returns to battlefield to fight Hamas
Tuesday, 10 October 2023 A 95-year-old Israeli reservist, Ezra Yachin, has returned to the field to support the country's fight against Hamas. Yachin, a former combat soldier with Lehi, was called back to motivate IDF troops and share stories of surviving Arab pogroms. Yachin explained the need to fight the British for Israeli independence and recounted the violence faced by Jews during the War of Independence.
