Florida lawmakers to return to Capitol to impose new sanctions on Iran

The session will also address issues such as hurricane relief, property insurance, and funding for special needs students. Governor Ron DeSantis, who called for the session, cited the recent attacks by Iranian-backed Hamas militants against Israel as the reason for taking action.
