A judge in Pennsylvania has rejected a plea agreement for a woman charged with killing her two young children. Lisa Snyder had sought to plead no contest but mentally ill to two counts of third-degree murder in the deaths of her 4-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son. The judge ruled that the plea did not serve justice, and the case will now proceed to trial where Snyder faces charges of first-degree murder, child endangerment, and evidence tampering.
