Lieutenant-General Alexander Sollfrank, chief of Nato's logistics command JSEC, highlighted the issue of red tape hindering troop movements. Peskov also criticized Europe for not listening to Russia's concerns and accused Nato of moving its military infrastructure towards Russia's border, leading to security measures in response.
