China warns South Korea not to politicise economic issues

IndiaTimes Sunday, 26 November 2023
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi warns South Korean counterpart not to politicise economic and tech issues. China and South Korea are cooperation partners with integrated interests and interconnected supply chains. Both sides should resist politicising economic issues, instrumentalising science and tech issues, and securitising trade issues. China is willing to promote the restart of trilateral cooperation with South Korea and Japan. Beijing is concerned about the strengthening three-way partnership between the US and its regional allies.
