China's Xi to visit Vietnam next week

China's President Xi Jinping is all set to visit Vietnam next week to smoothen the relationship between the two countries. While making the announcement, Beijing's foreign ministry said that the president will start his official visit next week on Tuesday. The Chinese president was invited by Vietnam's top leaders Nguyen Phu Trong and Vo Van Thong, foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said in a statement. Xi's trip came after a visit by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
