Kremlin says anti-war presidential candidate Nadezhdin is not a serious rival to Putin

The Kremlin does not consider Boris Nadezhdin, a former opposition lawmaker, as a serious rival to President Putin. Nadezhdin is collecting signatures to run for president on an anti-war platform. Although he has support in Moscow and St. Petersburg, he still needs signatures from other regions.
