UN to punish staffers involved in 'terror': Guterres

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres vowed to hold to account "any UN employee involved in acts of terror" after allegations that some refugee agency staffers were involved in the Oct. 7 Hamas attacks on Israel. UN chief urges governments to guarantee continuity of UNRWA's operations while investigating and prosecuting the individuals implicated.
