North Korea scraps all economic cooperation with South Korea

North Korea's Supreme People's Assembly has voted to cancel all agreements with South Korea regarding economic cooperation, including the Mount Kumgang tourism project. Kim Jong-un recently toured factories and provided guidance on modernizing facilities as part of a new regional development policy.
