IndiaTimes Thursday, 8 February 2024
The Supreme Court on Thursday will hear former US president Donald Trump's plea to remain on the ballot for upcoming presidential elections. It is most significant election case since Bush v Gore in 2000. The court will be weighing arguments over whether Trump is disqualified from reclaiming the White House because of his efforts to undo his loss in the 2020 election, ending with the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol.
