Agustin Escober, a Siemens executive, his wife, and their three children tragically died in a helicopter crash in the Hudson River during a celebratory tour of New York City. The helicopter, operated by a company with a history of safety incidents, crashed shortly after reporting the need for fuel. The incident is under investigation.
