US senator Van Hollen meets Salvadoran VP, denied access to deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia

Democrat senator Chris Van Hollen's El Salvador trip to free Kilmar Abrego Garcia, wrongly deported and imprisoned, failed as access to him was denied. Despite a supreme court order for Garcia's return and admission of a deportation error, both US and Salvadoran officials haven't acted. Hollen criticised Garcia's gang label and the Salvadoran government for detaining deportees.
