Aleppo Airport Attack Breaking: A deadly drone strike near Aleppo International Airport has vaporized a civilian car, killing two people instantly. Syrian state media reported that an unidentified drone targeted the vehicle on the airport road, while AFP correspondents described the car reduced to wreckage with shrapnel scattered widely.
No group or country has claimed responsibility, raising suspicions of Israel or the U.S.-led coalition, both of which have previously carried out strikes in northern Syria targeting ISIS and al-Qaeda leaders. Local witnesses reported the drone fired two missiles directly at the moving car, and emergency teams rushed to extinguish the fire and reopen the road.
This latest unclaimed strike adds to a growing string of mysterious drone attacks escalating tensions in northern Syria, highlighting the region’s ongoing instability and the high risks faced by civilians.
