New Delhi, Jun 13 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a fitness video of himself on Tuesday.
The video came days after PM Modi accepted cricketer Virat Kohli's fitness challenge, to share a video of performing daily routine of exercises.
In the video, PM Modi could be seen performing a series of yoga asanas and walking on a track "inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature".
Along with the video he tweeted, "Here are moments from my morning exercises.
Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash.
This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating.
I also practice breathing exercises.
PM Modi even challenged Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, Commonwealth Games (CWG) gold medalist Manika Batra and "the entire fraternity of brave IPS officers, especially those above 40".
