Harlingen Police Searching for Suspect Wanted in Auto-Pedestrian Hit-and-Run

Harlingen police -- on the lookout for a hit-and-run suspect.

They say the driver of a gray vehicle -- struck two women who were crossing the street on the 700 block of north ed carey drive.

It happened just before 12:30 this morning.

It's believed the suspect fled the scene -- headed north.

One victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.
