Over the weekend, there was a drone attack on two Saudi Arabian oil facilities.

So, with all of this news around oil, one question has to be asked: will the average consumer feel the pain at the pump the next time that they stop by the gas station?

Cramer said, "not nearly as much as you think," when asked about it.

"Maybe oil can finally break through $60," added Cramer.
