Real dummies! Belarus soccer team uses MANNEQUINS instead of fans because of coronavirus pandemic
A soccer team in Belarus, FC Dynamo Brest, has taken to using mannequins in place of fans, seen here in this footage from Sunday (April 12).
The club had fans purchase virtual tickets, then put their photographs on the heads of the mannequins as part of an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
As nearly every major sports league worldwide has shut down, the Belarusian Premier League has continued playing despite the pandemic.
