The first batch of Indian citizens who will be repatriated from Abu Dhabi thanked the Indian embassy.

They were speaking to the media ahead of boarding the flight back to India.

India has started the biggest ever repatriation exercise being called the Vande Bharat Mission.

People with medical conditions have been given preference.
