Locals face acute water scarcity in Odisha's Mayurbhanj

In Odisha's Mayurbhanj area, villagers are forced to drink polluted water as there is not enough number of wells, tube-wells available for pure drinking water.

Women have to walk for kilometers to fetch the water.

Villagers are suffering here due to unavailability of water.The situation has became worst in the time of coronavirus pandemic, where people are advised to wash their hands for number of times but here villagers are not able to get drinking water.
