Car spins out of control on wet road and hits utility pole in Thailand

This is the moment a pickup truck swerved on a slippery road after heavy rain and smashed into a utility pole in Lampang, northern Thailand.

Footage from July 1 shows the car spinning out-of-control before it hit the utility pole in front a gas station.

The car then skidded onto the grass verge.

Five people were injured and rushed to the hospital.

There were no deaths reported.
