Badly damaged Beirut seen in harrowing footage following deadly blast

Heartbreaking footage of the destruction in Beirut days after the fatal explosion.

The clip, filmed by drone flyer Michel Khoury on August 7, three days after the deadly blast, shows the capital city in ruins while flying through the rubble.

Michel, who was outside of the city while the blast happened told Newslfare, "I was near Beirut when it happened, I lost my grandmother in the blast.

Beirut is in ruins.

No, Lebanon is in ruins.

My prayers go to everyone affected in this catastrophe."
