Helicopter used to rescue Chinese residents trapped in flooded village
A helicopter was used to rescue residents who were trapped in a flooded village in southern China.
In the video, shot in the city of Yibin in Sichuan Province on August 18, firefighters on a helicopter are seen locating the trapped people among the submerged village.
After they saw someone on a house roof, the helicopter then lowered down and a fireman jumped down to help the two men get into the helicopter.
Six elderly people have been rescued and brought to safety, reports said.
