A 10-foot-long Indian Rock Python snake was removed from under a car in western India's Mumbai on September 21.

A 10-foot-long Indian Rock Python snake was removed from under a car in western India's Mumbai on September 21.

The tricky rescue operation saw a rescue team attempt to coax the snake out from the vehicle's rear tyre.

A traffic jam had built up on Eastern Express Highway due to the snake's appearance.

Maharashtra Animal Rescue Association sent out a team led by Professor Sunil Kadam, who successfully removed and released the snake back into the wild.
