Congress released manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections in Patna on October 21.

Randeep Singh Surjewala, Raj Babbar, Shaktisinh Gohil and other party leaders were present at the event.

The Assembly elections in Bihar will be held in three phases starting from October 28.

The result will be declared on November 10.
